- How do the nursing openings work?
A: Our breastfeeding sweaters have different designs offering different options of opening. The nursing sweaters with cross-body zippers open from both sides to the middle of your chest. The sweaters with zippers hidden into tucks offer vertical openings on each side.
- Do your nursing sweaters come with built-in bras?
A: No, our sweaters do not come with built-in bras.
- Help! I don't know what size to buy.
A: All our clothes correspond to standard European sizes. Please refer to the size chart to determine your size.
- Are there any items that are made for pregnancy as well as breastfeeding?
A: Our clothes are designed to serve your needs during breastfeeding. But you can wear them as maternity during the first two trimesters.
- Where and what fabrics are your items made up of?
A: Our clothes are designed in Canada and produced in Europe. We use high-quality cotton blend fabric for your comfort.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

- How much is shipping and how long does it take?

A: Currently we ship within Canada and the U.S.
We offer free local delivery to your door in Ottawa, ON within a 30 km radius.
- Will I receive a tracking number?
A: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped including your tracking number.
- How quickly will you ship my order?
A: We ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving the payment (excluding holidays and weekends). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. The delivery time depends on your location.
- Help! How do I get breastmilk or spit up stains out of my items?
A: We know breastfeeding can get messy, especially with newborns! If you get breastmilk on your Never Mind items, we recommend rinsing it out with cold water, a strong detergent, and quick action. If you can’t wash it as quickly as you’d like, which we know will be the case most times, we recommend using an enzymatic stain remover on set-in stains since breastmilk is a protein stain. To remove the stains, you may also soak your clothes in warm water and detergent for 15-30 minutes.
- How should I wash my items?
A: Follow the care instructions found on the tag attached to your clothes.
Machine-wash in cold to warm water with similar colours. Use standard laundry detergent and add fabric softener if you want. Air drying is recommended to avoid shrinking and fading.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Do you accept returns?
A: Thank you for your purchase. We are a small business and we are excited to be a part of your motherhood and breastfeeding journey. We are proud to offer the highest quality nursing clothes at a great price! We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless we have made an error, the customer is responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
Mark the package “Return of Canadian Merchandise” if you are outside Canada. Not doing so may result in custom charges or fees. If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Can I exchange my order for another?
A: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- I received a damaged product. What do I do? I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?
A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- How can I receive my refund?
A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and reflect the refund too.
